7)ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Power stations have an important impact on local ecosystems. For example, they require the construcion of new building and other infrastructure, such as power lines, roads and communication links. Power station also generate waste products that can affect the environment.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSSESSMENT
Any proposed new technological  project should include an environmental impact assessment. This should describe all of the ecological changes that the project could cause in the local area.There should also be an assessment of the economic and social repercussions of the project before any important decisions are made.
